I was amazed by the knowledge and technique of the massage therapist. Everything came together really well, it blew past my expectations.

The massage therapist was very accommodating and friendly she was very professional room was comfortable and very clean it was such a wonderful experience

The experience was wonderful from check in to the massage. The massage was great and Valerie listened to me tell her about my areas of pain. She was terrific! Then it came time to check out. I had a gift certificate from my son. When I gave it to the the check out person, I was told it had been used. It had never been used!!! The person at checkout tried to help, but she needed her manager’s help. I stood there at the desk, feeling very foolish. They told me I could leave and they would continue to investigate the problem. I did get a phone call later and was told it was straightened out. Someone had put one digit in wrong! I’m thankful it was resolved, but was very anxious after the great massage. I felt like I was being accused of something. This should never have happened!

My experience was great, I was very relaxed and felt very comfortable. My esthetician recommended what type of facial I would benefit from based on my skin and that was very helpful

I highly recommend Hand and Stone to anyone and I also recommend Troy my massage therapist as well to anyone. Troy is amazing at what he does.

My massage therapist asked me how the pressure was. She also did not make conversation (I like to relax and not talk), but she made sure I was enjoying the massage. Definitely helped my back and neck pain from a 3 day music festival. I will be back to see the same therapist in the future.

Nicole was friendly and made my first experience easy and enjoyable. She gave me a complimentary service for my birthday and I can’t wait to come back.

My esthetician Brianna is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about skin and proper skin health. She is so gentle when giving a facial and gives great advice and recommendations on products and skin care regimens.

All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained thoroughly and choices were mine to make. Products were suggested, but not forced or pushed

I am always so much more relaxed after my appointment. It is super easy to book an appointment for the next month after my appointment as well.
