Technician was very friendly & welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. No sales pressure. Do feel that the follow up prices should be more in line with the 1st initial appointment without having to Join the club

Everything about Hand and Stone is zenful, from the waiting area to the massage and facial rooms, even the bathroom. My massage therapist Penny is amazing and Nicole gives the most amazing facials. I always leave there relaxed and never wanting to leave! I wish there was a spa area that you could stay and relax in after your treatments.

The therapist had suggested a peppermint scalp treatment to relieve stress and headaches which turned out to be very relaxing and comforting. The therapist seemed to know what was needed for my particular ailment.

Each person I dealt with was pleasant knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will be returning to this facility
