The esthetician Sarah is always very friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to thoroughly discuss what products and services would be best for my skin type. I feel very confident she provides me with the best possible products and services for my specific skin needs, while making me feel relaxed and pampered.

Love the services I receive but feel that loyal member should not get increased yearly

I was able to get a last minute appointment no problem. Therapist didn’t speak much once massage started. I get frustrated with the actual hands on time. 10:00 appointment taken to room allowed time to get ready. Massage started at 10:18 and was done by 10:48. I have expressed this in the past but nothing has changed so I don’t bother anymore. A 45 minute massage at that price should be 45 minutes hands on!

The esthetician was very knowledgeable of all products and provided instructions on how to use products at home for a fresh glow, younger looking skin. Her technique and expertise will have me coming back for more facials !!
