As soon as I walk in the door I’m greeted so warmly by all of the counter staff. Every. Time. I rarely wait longer than 2-3 minutes after checking in for Michelle (my massage therapist) to come & get me. And when she does, she also always greets me warmly. I really do enjoy the experience from start to finish. I’ve recommended the spa to family & friends & have also purchased numerous gift cards for them as well for the very same reason. Happy member :)

My esthetician was kind and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to review how my skin has been between appointments and always reviews any changes. She listens to my input!

Jenn wrote down a morning and evening skin care routine for me and made recommendations for new products to try. I did receive a call to see if I wanted to move my appointment up and I appreciated having the option, even though I chose to keep my scheduled time.

Jennifer was amazing! I’ve had two sessions with her so far and each time she addresses my skin in the most beneficial way possible! She’s very knowledgeable in what she does and I can’t wait to keep coming and see more great results in my skin!

My esthetician is friendly and knowledgeable. She is personable and friendly but doesn’t talk through the whole appointment which is nice for relaxation. She remembers me from each visit and makes recommendations based on my routine and lifestyle.

She explained to me why I have certain symptoms and what I could do to help them at home. I immediately booked two more sessions with her and signed up for the membership.

My esthetician, Lisa, is excellent. I rely on her to tell me what I need as far as the service. She makes my skin look excellent...my time with her is extremely relaxing and worth every penny I spend.
