The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The esthetician took the time to understand my needs and concerns. They were also very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I enjoyed the experience and the results I have been seeing since coming monthly.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and helped recommend items/add ons that helped my pain points. The heated bed felt extra relaxing and the mood lighting and light music (and white noise machine) really added to the ambiance for excellent relaxation.

Great over all experience. Everyone was nice, place was clean, Sarah was very nice. When going over the membership, it was throughout but quick. I know the deal was on a flyer but not enough details about the membership on the paper and she explained it too detailed hahaha I signed up but had questions and will probably have more next time I go for a facial. I will try a massage at some point too.

Since my first visit I have been totally impressed with the front desk staff-especially Caitlyn-Always friendly and makes me feel welcome. My therapist Penny is extraordinary. After dealing with lower back pain for years, she was able to target my problem areas and relieve so much of my pain. Penny is a miracle worker! I am so appreciative for getting my life back-you have no idea.

The massage was just the right pressure. Cathy was knowledgeable in answering my questions. Cathy was highly professional and knew exactly where I needed the most attention during the massage in my shoulders and neck.

Great friendly service, and i am happy with the results of my facial. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the products and was helpful. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful as well, i signed up for the membership.

It is always a very positive experience when I come into Hand and Stone. Thomas is extremely helpful & friendly at the front desk & Christina did a wonderful job as my esthetician. Looking forward to my next facial with her
