Customer service and receptionists were highly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. My esthetician was great and really helped me understand what works best for my skin, she was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Overall, hand and stone spa is one of my favorite businesses and I thoroughly enjoy each visit I have.

I had never been to H & S before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped me check in and my Aesthetician came out, introduced herself and waited for me. The time Christina took with my facial was incredible and I felt wonderful when I left. I made 2 more appointments to continue the beautiful experience.

The Babylon hand & stone is my favorite spa. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Lisa is absolutely wonderful and always very knowledgeable about services and products. I am looking forward to my next visit!
