My esthetician is always prompt. I feel I always get her best efforts she is always so enthusiastic about what she can do for me. She is very knowledgeable about what spa has to offer and the latest products that are available

The place was so clean and well kept.The staff where all so polite and friendly and made me feel very welcome.I was so nervous since it was my first time at a spa but they helped me relax and enjoy my time.

Nicole was my aesthetician and she did an amazing job. Every time we meet she takes the time to listen to my concerns. She assesses my skin thoroughly before beginning the facial and she always checks it after it’s complete as well.

Very friendly staff. Great service provided by massage therapist.

Katherine was wonderful at describing whats going on with my skin and recommending an upgraded facial to help. I have seen 3 different estheticians here and she is by far the best. Very thorough and kind.

This was my first time to this location they are friendly and the massage therapist did an excellent job! I will be back. I use to be a client in the Carle place location , but moved from the area. I loved the Carle Place staff.

I used to visit this Hand and Stone specifically to see Ericca. She was my esthetician at the Commack location and moved to Babylon and I trust her skills and knowledge. She no longer works there but recommended that I visit with Nicole, and Nicole definitely lived up to the recommendation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to address my skincare needs. I look forward to seeing Nicole the next time I visit Hand and Stone!
