Everyone friendly and helpful. First time at this location in two years. Very pleased.

My therapist Justin is amazing. He always seems to know where I need more focus. I am moving which is the reason I discontinued my membership. If not, I would have continued there. I have recommended him to a few friends.

I have been going to Penny for all most a year. She knows my problem area and addresses them accordingly. I always feel better after my massage.

My massage was amazing. The therapist kept asking if I was comfortable, if the pressure was ok. The asked what my goals were, did I want a massage for relaxation or to work out problem areas. I opted for a relaxing massage and it was perfect. He worked on all the areas I asked him to spend a little extra attention to.

The massage therapist was very thorough and listened to my needs. The front desk receptionist was very nice and offered a lot of information about the available services. It was also a very calm atmosphere.

It is always a pleasure to walk into the Babylon location - Thomas is extremely friendly and hospitable the moment I arrive. Katherine is my aesthetician and I absolutely adore her. She is friendly, knowledgeable and addresses all my concerns. I am always 100% satisfied and get many complements on my skin. So very happy!!!

Only problem is getting appointments with my preferred therapist Cathy

I had never had a facial and I loved it! I was hoping my skin would look better afterwards and I was not disappointed. I purchased two products to use at home based on the recommendation of the staff.

The atmosphere was very calm during my visit. All staff members were friendly but not overly chipper, very mellow attitudes. The whole place was spotless clean and smelled lovely. Massage was just what I needed for my back pain. Therapist was great with her hands.
