I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because I was able to get the massage with a therapist I prefer. She has a firm pressure which I want. Also, the room is clean, and I feel very comfortable there.

Nicole gives the absolute best facial, all the time, every time. Liv at the front is so friendly and on top of her game!

Staff is great.

Immediately welcomed by receptionist in her soothing voice. Taken to the clean inviting treatment room. The estatition was friendly and knowledgeable and more importantly not aggressive

My esthetician was amazing. The spa is very nice walking in and the receptionist is always friendly and courteous.

Prompt attention. Knowledge of the worker who gave me my facial. She gave me options and suggestions. The environment is clean and comfortable.

Nicole is an absolutely exceptional esthetician and person!! I only have a membership because she works there and I can’t wait for my facial every month! At the front desk Liv is absolutely amazing. She knows my family as we all go to hand and stone and helps with appointments, calls us when Nicole opens up more spots, etc. I could not ask for better service from the front desk l, specifically when Liv is there. Ambiance wise, someone was taking a training class in the back room by the waiting area and it was really loud listening to an online training before my facial. I know it’s needed and appreciate training but maybe shut the door or use headphones next time so it’s more soothing and relaxing in the lobby and not so loud.
