Cathy my therapist is exceptional and she been taking care of me for years. After I booked appointment and told person I was member I received a voicemail night before that i crest card was needed. When I called I was told that person who booked appointment was new. This is not the first time in the three years I’ve been coming to your location that the receptionist has fouled up my appointment somehow. You need to properly train new people so they can properly book appointments in the future.
