Hand and Stone

The esthetician was great at explaining everything and very kind. The front desk was also very friendly in this visit and made me feel welcome. The only issue is I can never get the online booking tool to work for this location and since it is supposed to earn me points it is disappointing. It hasn’t been remedied my entire time as a client and I’ve never earned point for it because it never works.

The receptionist was excellent and very friendly my massage therapist Vanessa was outstanding and very professional and did a great job everybody in the place was very friendly the lobby was very clean and look very good

I was pleasantly surprised that I would be seen so quickly and that there were no issues redeeming my "spaweek" gift certificates. The gentleman at the front desk (sorry, I didn't get his name but was at the Babylon location) was warm and inviting. Kim Henkel was my esthetician and she was absolutely wonderful and VERY knowledgeable in her profession, I got many great tips from her! I have already recommended her and this location (as I'm sure all those who work there are equally wonderful!) to many of my friends and know for sure at least one is making an appointment for the same treatment I had.

Lisa was wonderful and was able to take me 10 minutes early which helped keep me on schedule! She spent time discussing my skin and shared tips and tricks on how to keep it well balanced.

First, booking the appointment was simple and quick. Second, my massage was amazing and all of my requests were met. Lastly, this is the best Hand and Stone I have ever been too and will continue to come back.

My therapist knows just how to make me feel better. I have a problem with my hip and lower back, when I leave I feel much better. I always look forward to my appointments
