Prior the shut down, I was contemplating canceling my membership, but at my most recent massage appointment in Feb 2020 I was assigned to my current therapist Penny & after one session with her I changed my mind. She was and continues to be not only kind, knowledgeable and thorough, but she is also accommodating and continues to exceed my expectations at every session. Although these past few months have been tough on everyone, the front desk staff and the overall cleanliness of this Hand & Stone has remained intact and up to par with the localyl mandatory public health requirements.

John is my massage therapist and he is great. I have a lot of muscle aches and he finds all of them and applies the right pressure. He is the best
