I have no issues with the treamtent specialists. But on January 10th I scheduled a massage for my daughter, confirmed 3x that day to see if there were any cancellations. We checked in, waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, I go up to desk to find out what's going on, only to learn the appt was double-booked. What's worse is that the receptionist had us sit there waiting instead of alerting us to a problem. And she knew right away it was double-booked. This was the only time we could come, and my daughter had to leave to return to school. There have been other issues with the reception desk - to your loss. I have asked for added treatments only to find out the treatment specialist was not informed so we did not get them. This has happened twice. It's as if your reception staff does not communicate with the treatment specialists. But what I really don't get is how you double book an appt when I verified it more than 2-3x, and then let your guests just sit there waiting, and not get the treatment on the day it was scheduled.

Very satisfied with both Dee and Erica They explained alot .I had never had a facial and erica explained as she was going along what she was doing as well as what to expect to feel Dee for massage did the same I already have appt for next month!!! Very sociable both !

The Hand and Stone in Babylon Village is a wonderful massage place. From the time I walked in the door, till the time I left, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist, Cathy, was wonderful! I had so much pain when I walked in and felt so much better when I left. I’ve been a member for several years, and I have been very happy with the services here.

Everyone is always so welcoming and they make u feel relaxed. Always a wonderful experience whether I’ve had a facial or a massage.

The esthetician, Lisa, was extremely informative and helpful. Lisa customized my facial for my specific needs, explaining in detail each step. The staff is always pleasant, whether on the phone booking my appointment or greeting me when I arrive.
