The masseuse was very knowledgeable in working out the sciatic nerve pain that I experience from stress. I like deep tissue and pressure for its the only way that my pain is relieved for a short period of time. He was great in explaining the technical side to where my body was carrying all of the stress.

Every time the front desk is polite, professional always greets you when you walk in. Makes check in check out and making further appointments so easy. Iv never waited more than 5 mins after my appointment time. Cleanliness of the entire building rooms, lobby bathrooms are always clean and smelling relaxing. I recommend hand and stone to more people than I can count. I will always be a client

The therapist asked questions. She explained the techniques used. She gave pointers at the end to relieve tension in my problem areas.
