Lori is great she understands my needs in our sessions. Lori is super friendly and very welcoming. The Staff at the front desk were nice! I even saw them sweeping the lobby. Very clean!

From the minute you walk in to H & S, the staff and the lobby appearance are welcoming. Sarah my massage therapist does an excellent job of addressing my issues 100% of the time. I always feel better when I leave, than when I came in. That's goal!

It helps when you can keep the same therapist, so they are familiar with your needs. I feel comfortable with Jerry and she knows what to work on which makes me highly satisfied. I don’t know if I get to comment later about anything else but the seating area in the lobby is too low. It is not comfortable, the fountain was not on, however, the receptionist that I had last night, and today were really good in comparison to past ones

My expectations were met. The therapist acknowledged that she would have difficulty giving me a very deep massage. She did give me a recommendation for my next visit. Our conversation turned a good experience into a great experience!
