Shannon is amazing and very knowledgeable. Every time I leave after my facial my face looks and feels amazing

The quality of the massage was top priority for me. Ambience second and pricing third. I have paid more for a massage that was fair so I was looking for my top three priorities - cost being very important though in this high inflation period. Maybe gaining perks/ points could be easier to attain?

Always greeted when I walk in. My therapist, Melissa, is always on time. The lobby is extremely clean and creates a very comfortable feeling.

Having been a prior client at H&S I knew what to expect, however the increase in pricing was the reason that my husband I cancelled our membership. Had it not been a Christmas gift, I probably wouldn't not have returned.

My masseuse was incredibly patient, kind, and descriptive with the services I would be receiving. She made sure to ease any nerves I had about the close proximity of the service and talked me though every point of the process!

Shannon has done wonders for my skin. She keeps me informed of the various phases of my treatment and gives me tips on how to care for my face on a day-to-day basis.

Shannon is very friendly and very professional and knowledgeable and I trust her recommendations. I had only one facial in the past elsewhere and there is no comparison to the quality and experience I receive from Shannon.

Massage routine is great. It makes me feel better as I age. Abby is great.

Mariah is amazing, but her table is broken. The area where you put your face moves out of the table and doesn’t lock into place. It’s kind of aggravating.
