Always like the staff and my experience when I come there. The receptionist I had was kind of new and did not have all the knowledge of the Spa yet but was not a real problem.

I took this survey and never heard a word from management. I have been a member since this location opened. It never fails as soon as I find a person I like…they leave. Why is there so much turnover? I loved Britany and now she is gone. I did enjoy my service by Shannon she is excellent hopefully she will be around for my next service

I came to appt very stressed but left appt felling happy and relaxed.

It was the most relaxing massage I have ever had! Alyssa is one of the best I’ve ever been too! Not that I haven’t been relaxed in other massages. She just put it on another level. I will be asking for her from now on.

The check-in is always fast and efficient, even though the ipads were not working. I did not feel a delay. Shannon, my esthetician, is amazing! She is very professional and customer oriented.

Tyler is highly knowledgeable and the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. You are lucky to have him. I only wish you had a quiet room similar to what woodhouse provides.
