The minute I walked through the door, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Shannon took her time explaining the products, and was very thorough with the facial. I was totally relaxed and satisfied. Plus, she did not push the products on me, she gave me samples to try first. Which I appreciated.

Olivia is awesome! She has literally all the answers and is super friendly! She has helped my skin so much. I love all the products she recommends and never feel like she’s just trying to sell me something.

Britny, my esthetician, is very knowledgeable and able to perform extractions with significantly less pain while still having the same outcome. Kristen, my usual masseuse, does an amazing job. Tyler, a recent masseur, is very knowledgeable and taught me a new approach to my back/shoulder issue that I have never heard from doctors, therapists, chiropractors, etc.

The Hand Stone experience is always relaxing and enjoyable. The reception people have been friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed meeting and being treated by a new technician this time. I would suggest that you hang mirrors in the treatment rooms for the convenience of combing my hair when treatment is finished.

Make it possible to book a prenatal online. Currently I book a normal and call to have them adjust it. Otherwise everything was great!

Tierny is a wonderful masseuse. She asks me what my needs are and listens as I share how I am feeling and what I am looking for. I am very comfortable with her which makes the massage even more relaxing.
