I have visited the center on several occasions and have dealt with Shelby Shelby is normally the one I deal with and we had been talking about the membership and the advantages of it with her. I was in on Friday and Shelby was not working and I finally decided to take advantage of the membership program. I wanted to make sure that Shelby got credit especially since she introduced me to Hand and Stone.

I usually my next appointment when checking out. I have had issues with therapist leaving and finding someone new that I really like. Also, I have had several appointments cancelled by Hand and Stone and issues with getting new appointments. I have been frustrated with the process. The only reason I have not cancelled yet is because this is one of the small treats I allow myself.
