I always appreciate the courteous and friendly reception and check-in/check-out process. Makes me feel comfortable when it can otherwise feel intimidating. The best part of the experience, though, is clearly my massage therapist of choice, Kristen. She is consistently good; each time feels better than the last. She is helpful in suggesting exercises for stretching. I REALLY like her! I gauge most of my satisfaction with Hand & Stone with Kristen and how good a job she does. As long as she is there, I will continue my membership. Thank you.
