The staff (receptionist and therapist) are always very professional. The model of customer service is is unparalleled. Everyone is top-class in my opinion.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone for 1.5 years and have been highly satisfied with the massage services. Everyone is very friendly from the receptionists to the therapists. The therapists always ask where I want them to focus and they have always listened to me! I have always left feeling relaxed and satisfied with the services provided!

Massage therapist was new, but very good. She was friendly, polite & really focused on an issue I was having. The rooms always feel clean & safe during this odd pandemic timeframe.

I've had trouble in the past with a massage place receptionist desk. Hand and stone greeted me and was patient. The front room was clean and had products set up neatly with prices which is awesome. I was offered extras with my massage in which I picked one. Which we had a slight hiccup with but it wasn't a big deal to me. I was also happy to have the membership deal introduced after my massage so I had my experience first. I obviously signed up because who wouldn't? All the deals and a massage once a month for the introductory price. I was very pleased with my experience and I do not usually say that.

Tierany was my therapist. She did a fantastic job of balancing the areas that needed more work while still giving me great relaxation. She is fantastic

Jess took her time to listen to my concerns and did an excellent job recommending a service for that visit. Was very professional and knowledgeable.
