Hand and Stone

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and "Hello" upon entering Hand and Stone in Eastgate. My esthetician, Gillian, was very professional and knowledgeable about the needs of my skin. What a relaxing way to spend an hour of my day!

Took tome to understand my concern areas and continually ensured the pressure was to my preference. Also took time to educate me about the specific muscle names in my problem areas.

I guess the only thing that I have to complain about is being able to book at the last minute. I got the membership so if I felt like I needed a massage on a whim I could book one. However, all masseuses are booked a month in advance.

My therapist was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. She listened to my needs and explained when she was doing certain movements. She provided the perfect amount of talk and quiet. I prefer to be in silence most of the session and she provided this for me.
