Hand and Stone

I've been waiting for a great massage therapist to finally massage the knots out of my back. I often get massages monthly but never have someone that really finds the areas that need it the most.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The services received were great and very relaxing. The therapist was very knowledgeable and did a very good job.

I love H&S, and love love love Shakira. She is a jewel!!! Her pleasant demeanor is so welcoming not to mention her knowledge of the services offered and products sold. Her customer service is exceptional. I had Haleta for the first time yesterday and I can say that she is one of the best therapist I have ever had in all the years coming to H&S. She is very intune with the body and needs of her customer. Thanks

From the time you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and helpful. It was my first time getting a facial at Hand and Stone, it was wonderful.

Atmosphere was wonderful and relaxing. Reception staff friendly and eager to help. Massage targeted all areas I needed addressed.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The store is very clean. The knowledge of the massage therapist is superb and the kindness of the people who work there are very comforting. I feel very valued when I visit and feel like the staff truly want to make a difference and make sure I have the best experience possible. They even apologize when potential appointment times are not available. Customer service is key and even when I have spoken with the franchise owner, Deb, she seems very down-to-earth and helpful.

I was highly satisfied because everyone is very friendly, smiling and the establishment is very clean and inviting. It's a soothing experience just walking in the door!
