I felt valued as a client. The receptionist was responsive and the Therapist listened to my needs.

Olivia was knowledgeable and made a great recommendation for my skin type. The receptionist informed me of pricing and that I had extra packages available for any upgrades I may want. Olivia told me what she was doing through out the facial which I really liked

Both estheticians that took care of both my daughter and I were very friendly and made my daughter and I very comfortable and did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and made the experience extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

Lucas is an excellent massage therapist. He pays attention to your needs and does a great job of relieving my aches and pains.

Kristin is wonderful! She takes her time to know my problem areas, she always takes time to check before we start. She checks during the massage to make sure the pressure is ok. I would suggest getting new music and lowering the volume just a bit.

The reception area was clean and inviting. The receptionists are always friendly. The wait for my appointment was very short and the esthetician was very knowledgeable and I loved the results!

It is always a wonderful and relaxing experience. Especially my Aesthetician, Tomi Sue she is so knowledgeable, kind and makes my face feel so good.

This Hand and Stone is near my house, so it’s very convenient. But more than that, I am a huge fan of Edie—she’s the best! Friendly but always professional and does a fabulous job massaging.

I can not say enough good things about my technician, Tierney. I have been going to her for more than two years. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable and always a joy to see. Everyone that I encounter at the Eastgate location has always been so friendly and welcoming.

Mike ALWAYS gets the knots out of my back, shoulders and neck! I am always knotted up when I come in; but, feel so much better (and taller) when I leave! I feel like a new person!
