The Eastgate location offers comparable LMTs when my preferred therapist is not available. The Reception staff are also efficient, knowledgeable & Adaptable. (Also, leaps & bounds more helpful than West Chester. Sorry to WC, but #ThrowShine to #EastgateCrew)

1. Really enjoyed the pressure of the hot stones. 2. My massage therapist allowed me to relax by not talking much. 3. My therapist was amazing!!! Listened to me and worked on all my problem areas.

I have been to Hand & Stone before but not for a facial. I have never gotten one so I went in asking a lot of questions. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything and explain my skin to me.

I love coming to hand and stone for my massages. They are always very friendly and on time. My therapist is wonderful and never have any issues. Sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment when I want one though.

Nicole was amazing! She listened to the problem areas I pointed out and recommended what she thought would most help with these issues. Her recommendations were perfect and I left feeling relaxed.

It was the best massage I’ve ever had! Nicole did an am amazing job! I will be back in a few weeks.
