Hand and Stone

As usual I was greeted in a friendly manor by the receptionist. The massage was very therapeutic and relaxing. Lucas, the therapist, is amazing at knowing what my muscles need each time I visit.

The reason I was satisfied was: Anna, Anna, Anna!!!!! My therapist, Anna, was WONDERFUL and since this was my first visit to Hand and Stone, after she completed my introductory 50-minute massage, I joined the H&S wellness program so that I can continue to have Anna as my massage therapist! She was incredibly warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable during my visit! It was the FIRST time I finished a massage without additional pain!! This was all I needed to know about joining, so when I left the room, I gave her a $30 tip (she was worth $50 or more) and joined the wellness program!!! I am very excited about the upcoming services I booked, and can't wait to bring a friend to experience what I did! My only comment would be to have more open times for appointments. It seemed as though getting an appointment, especially an appointment within the week was not going to be possible when I heard someone else working on making a follow-up appointment, and I understand that there is only so much space, but I didn't see a lot of other therapists at work, so maybe that's a possibility? Other than that, I LOVED IT!!

The staff in reception is always welcoming. They always give me good advice or referrals if I have questions. My massage therapist Christina is on point. Pressure and attention to areas I point out are perfect. I always leave feeling relaxed and better than I came in.

I had my first facial with Tommie and I see now why she is so highly recommended! From her professionalism to her friendliness. Tommie recommend a treatment plan for my service that addressed my skin needs and after receiving my facial my skin was so smooth and free of blimoshes. 10/10 will recommend !!!

She was quiet and allowed me to relax; her pressure was perfect, the Himalayan Salt stone massage felt great

I had a deep tissue massage that was one of the best massages I have ever had! It would be nice to have aromatherapy included as it has been in several other places I have been too

Elizabeth gives a very thorough yet relaxing massage. She is friendly but understands when I just want to enjoy the massage without conversation. Appointment times are honored. The facility is clean and well kept. The reception staff are cordial and efficient.

The therapist was very friendly and very conscience of my privacy and needs.

I have a membership which is nice. The massage center is close to where I live. Value for the price is good
