Everyone i came in contact with offered Friendly service. The appointment was Efficient. There were Knowledgeable staff to help me chose the right options for my skin.

Jessica was very polite and listened and addressed all of my issues during my facial.

I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism from all staff. I had an appointment scheduled with a different person and the person who called me back was able to explain the original person was dealing with a health issue and highly recommended the therapist who seen me. The care to keep everyone safe during this pandemic and still provide a relaxing safe massage is what makes me feel safe. I know that everyone there has safety as a priority and still providing excellent services. Thanks

It is always a good experience once I enter the door to the Eastgate spa. The receptionist was very busy handling phone calls and myself and another customer that came in. She did an excellent job managing everything. My technician, Tierney, is always so pleasant. I have been coming to her for over a year and will continue with her. Her recommendations are always welcome.

The rooms are dim and quiet . I didn’t feel rushed. Jess was amazing and made me feel great.

The Eastgate H&S is always Clean and friendly. My massage therapist, Mike is always friendly. He Pays attention to my needs and works on my areas of tightness (always my neck and shoulders). I leave feeling so much better and taller when he works on my kinks! He is very knowledgeable about muscles and how they work. He feels them and my knots and works them out every time I come in! Thank you so much!

Reception staff is always friendly. Lucas is a magician with his hands with finding the areas that need attention I always leave relaxed and have my best nights sleep on the days I see Lucas.
