I had made my appointment online and honestly selected a random esthetician and it turns out that I picked a great one! Her name is Olivia and she let me thoroughly explain what I thought my skin was like and what problems I needed addressed. Throughout the whole process she explained what she was doing in detail so I didn't even have any questions regarding that. After my skin was assessed and my facial done she told me what I needed and recommended some products offered by Hand and Stone. What I really appreciated was that I didn't feel forced to buy the products she recommended as she said that some of the products that I already use are fine. Although I will probably purchase the recommended products after a couple days so I can see how my skin looks since the facial. Definitely going back for another one at some point! I would also like to mention the girls in the lobby, Im not sure of their names but they were both very sweet and welcoming!
