Kristen in my therapist and I love her. She is only the second therapist I have seen in the two years I have been going to Hand & Stone and I have seen her since JC quit. Her attention to detail is amazing and I really like the suggestions she gives post appointment in what to target for my next session. I have struggled with severe migraines for a couple of decades and I can honestly say that bi-weekly sessions with her has really minimized the tension I carry in my neck and upper back. Mike was very thorough, he was very soft spoken. At first I thought he was too slow, but after given it some time, I was thoroughly relaxed and felt great after.
