I am a nurse and run around on my feet all day. My low back gets really tight sometimes and it starts to limit what activities I can do or how long I can do them for. Anna, once again, did a wonderful job focusing on the areas I wanted worked on the most. An all around wonderful massage. Today, my back feels so much better and have been working on projects around the house I have been putting off!

The staff here is always friendly, polite and extremely personable. They are also very knowledgeable about H&S products and all services available. I highly recommend this H&S and find it extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean at all times. Tierany who does my facial is very peaceful, calm, gentle and has a great sense of humor. She progresses through my time at a calm and peaceful pace and makes me feel I am the only client she has. Never feel rushed and she always starts on time and completes on time. She is also very respectful and treats me with great dignity!

Very relaxing with exception of mandatory to wear a mask, so I wasn’t as relaxed as I could have been. You take temps and therapists wear masks so I feel clients should not have too. We come there to be 100% relaxed!

Melissa gives an excellent massage. She checks with you asking if the pressure is to much or not enough. She is friendly and knowledgeable about the muscular system that we talk about. I only book with Melissa.
