I arrived in a great deal of muscle discomfort and your massage therapist found the knoted muscles and worked out the knots to relieve the discomfort. It’s been several days and the muscles are still relaxed!

My therapist applies different pressure to different areas of my body, specifically as requested. My therapist makes for a very relaxing massage. My therapist always asks if I have any specific problem areas & takes special attention to those areas.

This Tyler location was clean and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The massage professional I saw was superb. I highly recommend this Hand and Stone! Great experience!

The woman behind the front desk is highly knowledgeable about the services offered. She told me about services I didn't know were offered to men. My massage therapist/esethician was also very knowledgeable about the products that she used during my session and what I could do to maintain care at home.

My appointment had to be rescheduled due to an illness at the Spa. The staff were so helpful in getting me rescheduled quickly. The massage I had was outsatnding. It was a great experience.

Always excellent service only issue is that at times front staff of lobby is pretty empty talk about others in the work place. Front desk staff could use some additional coaching in professionalism. They are all very new to working and still learning etiquette I am certain. Just felt I should let someone know who can coach them a bit.

Hailey did a great job and I was very impressed with how much better I felt after I came. I had been struggling with back and neck pain for 2 and a half weeks before coming to her. The next day the neck pain was minimal and the back pain was gone. Will come again.

Haley C is fantastic. She has helped so much with my back and shoulder pain. She finds my problem areas even when I have not communicated well. I have and will continue to suggest her to friends as well as Hand and Stone in general.

The massage therapist and the receptionist were both extremely friendly and helpful. My massage was exactly what I asked for and more. I will definitely be back.
