The experience was relaxing. I always enjoy spending time there when I am free. The therapists are very welcoming and do all they can to provide excellent customer service.

The receptionist are welcoming and the waiting area is neat and clean. I love the playlist, it gives me a great start to center myself before I go in to get my facial.

I am very pleased with my massages. Jacob is very good at creating a relaxing atmosphere. He is outstanding. I wish the waiting area was a little more quiet, it gets crowded. I find the massage rooms to be very quiet and relaxing. Great job.

Aesthetician was knowledgeable about the variety of services available and which was most beneficial to address my skin concerns. The DermaGlow add-on and Vitamin C gave my skin a healthy glow!

Drew is always amazing. His experience and expertise are very apparent when he massages and I always leave feeling like I've been though a therapy session. I already have 2 massages scheduled in the next month and will continue to come to Hand & Stone for the foreseeable future!
