I had confirmed that I have two severe allergies, but this information wasn't relayed to my esthetician ahead of time. Dakotta spent a LOT of time ensuring that everything she used on me did NOT contain avocado or almond, which was stressful for her. It would have been amazing if she had known about my allergies ahead of time so she could have prepared in advance.

My massage therapist Jake is amazing, very knowledgeable and I always feel great when I leave.

I have had several massages with Courtney at this Tyler, TX, location, along with many massages over the years at other H&S locations and other spas. Courtney is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always asks how I’m doing and if the pressure is right, without being overly talkative while I’m relaxing (which has happened with other therapists). She clearly cares about doing a good job, and offers a perfect balance of relaxation and working on “problem” areas I bring to her attention. All the gals at the front I have dealt with have always been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are accommodating when I need to reschedule an appointment, and they make sure I am satisfied with my experience. I look forward to my massages every month.

Very happy with Jacob; excellent masour. Staff is always friendly. The waiting room is nice but can be a little loud at times, especially when a lot of staff is working. But everyone is polite and speaks quietly.
