Massage was less than great. I’ve had many before and this was one of the worst I’ve had. It was rushed, not flowing and smooth. Her fingernails scratched me multiple times during the massage, we started 10 minutes late, and she finished 7 minutes early. My skin was burning during my facial and felt like I had an entire layer scrapped off my face. I hate going to a spa for relaxation and having people try to get me to buy products. It ruins the service completely and makes me not want to come back.

The service I received was EXCELLENT! LT used the right amount of pressure and spent the right amount of time on all areas. However, I booked appointments for my daughter and son in law. And my daughter was never turned over for the other half of her visit. Also, we booked them for the same time on Saturday and I was called two hours before to cancel one of them and I ended up rescheduling for all three the next day which was great!

I appreciate this place, however I feel like it is all about making money. I've had 3 or 4 facials now and my skin still sucks (probably not your fault) and it is SO expensive EVERYTIME I go. The employees ALWAYS talk me into an upgrade or some extra product. And the products themselves are way overpriced (they always are at these places) which isn't at all unusual. I use what my dermatologist prescribed and some over the counter stuff. I will say my face has definitely improved. I just guess I expected more visible results out of over 600$ of product/visits/membership/tips that I have spent. Especially when I did the last dermalinfusion. I expected WAY more out of a 190$ visit. And so did my boyfriend.

I wish they had the products my esthetician mentioned but were out of stock. I felt somewhat like I was getting upsold by the receptionist & esthetician.

I enjoyed the overall experience. My husband will also join me on my next visit. Highly satisfied would mean that I had no boxes that were not checked. It is a nice message for the price. One easy thing that could be improved is the quality of the washcloths. They were very rough and took away from the experience. Hope that helps.

The receptionist was late so I wasn’t even able to enter the building until my massage time (neither was my therapist) so then I felt a little rushed to use the restroom and then get into the massage room. I get that sometimes people run late, but there should be a backup plan in place so that the first clients of the day are not getting into the building until their appointment time. Also, in their haste to open the door and get logged in they forgot to turn on lights, presenting a minor safety issue allowing clients back on their own to use the restroom. DJ was great, like always, and I’ll be back regardless of the front staff shortcomings.

Services were great! Krystal and Brittany are fabulous, skilled, and kind! Check in and out was not as inviting or warm.

I was satisfied. The massage therapist was great, environment and atmosphere was very relaxing and nice, and the suggested add on was affordable, and well worth it. I felt very relaxed at the end.

I wish my massage therapist would have asked how much talking I wanted to do. When I get a massage, I want no talking. She was really nice, and I didn't want to be rude, so I talked back, but it get's me out of the zone and the whole reason I'm getting the massage. Also, when I walked in to book the massage, I had to sign something that said that it has been explained to me the alert button in the room. I asked the receptionist about it twice, and the second time, it seemed like she asked someone about it, and just said I need to sign it. Then I asked what it was, and she said to ask my massage therapist. It seems like the purpose of that button is to call for help if you're uncomfortable. Don't make me sign for something you're not going to tell me about. Also, it doesn't make sense for me to ask my massage therapist because the whole point is to protect me from them, so asking would make it uncomfortable. Either don't make me sign that or be up front about what it is.
