The massage therapist was great! Very kind, effective and a pleasure to have the opportunity to have her expertise. My aches are much less noticeable today thanks to her!.. On the other hand, the guy working the front desk ignored me quite a while until I finally asked if I was supposed to sit down or needed to sign in or what...? He needs training how to handle customers.

While getting my message the music stopped playing and made a very loud screeching noise. Also throughout my massage I could hear staff being loud in the hallways, slamming doors.

This is a dumb question. Everything was good during my visit. I just don’t give a highly satisfied unless it is above and beyond. Guess I am strict in that area

My aesthetician did not tell me each step what she was doing. Otherwise I am happy. She did a good job overall..

Never touched my arms and hands. Focused on my pain points but have never had a full body and left part of the whole body out and I’ve had many massages. Had I known something needed to be left out due to timing. I would have chosen to leave out the legs.

When a client gets a massage after the session is complete they are to be offered water I was informed by the therapist they did not have cups so no water, For the record the client should be offered a bottle of water the services you offer are expensive you can afford bottled water

The esthetician got something in my eye. It hurt for the rest of the treatment. Then I felt like she was trying to hard to get me to upgrade my facial. I just wanted the one I paid for. they tried to sell me products I didn’t want. Finally, the lady tried to overbill. She said upgraded my facial, when i made it very clear I did not want to.

It is expensive. I feel like they are always trying to up-sell me something. I think my massage therapist does a good job and responds to the areas that concern me.
