I requested extra attention to my right lower back and left side of neck. I do not feel like any extra time/focus was spent on these areas. I feel like the most attention and time was spent on my shoulder blade area.

I booked my appointment online. It did not go thru so I had to rebook in my way there. Luckily I had called to confirm. It seems the actual treatment times get less and less. Not this time but last massage I got was actually 35 minutes. That usually is an express service

All of the massages I have had have been great except for one done by Josh. Also, I was asked to tip before the massage that appointment. I felt jipped. We are good tippers so I was disappointed because I wouldn’t have tipped that much for that specific appointment. Those are my only complaints.

The decompress treatment was alright but I probably won’t do it again. I honestly preferred the massage and Josh was very knowledgeable and used the right amount of pressure needed for all the knots in my back and neck. I will definitely be back to see him because he did a terrific job.

There was a problem with the clarity of the booking on my phone. A misunderstanding I guess. The receptionist honored the price I thought I booked, but made it clear it was my fault, and not the lack of clarity in the app. Not as friendly and welcoming as I’d like.
