Apt was 30 minutes delayed. I should have received a call to inform me of that so I could do other things. I can handle 10 or so minutes but 30 minutes one knows ahead of time.

Annie was great. She understood my needs and massaged accordingly. I have never experienced a therapist like her and she is the reason I decided to re-join my membership

I had to wait almost 20 minutes between my massage and facial in an untidy room. I would like to be on a more timely schedule next time.

Felt that I had to wait longer than usual for therapist. Front desk was not as knowledgeable and friendly as they used to be when I started my membership

More consistency with facials some do a massage some don’t. It adds to the relaxation and when you book you should be told that they do or don’t do massage during facials

I think the lobby could have a little more ambience. Maybe add window coverings to soften the light.

The front desk person was great, very friendly and knew her stuff. My therapist was great and hsed the perfect pressure. Clean facility.

I very much enjoyed the massage and the environment is great. My therapist did talk more then I would have wanted but too polite to say anything to her.

Waited a while in reception area. My wife told her therapist a few requests that were not completed to her satisfaction.

The experience did not meet my expectations where I wish I was given more explanations on how I could use my packages for upgrades. This was confusing because some upgrades were $10 and others were $40 and I know that my monthly package covers more than that so I am unsure of the remaining $10-$40. I also would have liked more focus on extractions of clogged pores/blackheads
