The music is often erratic in measure and tone, making it difficult to rest and relax when constantly changing key, volume, and beat. The lotion while hypo-allergenic is odorous. No consistency in approach by therapists, I understand style and specialties. but it is imperative to ask for specific therapists and discuss with the receptionist which ones are similar to each other makes me not trust the over all service quality.

I enjoyed the therapist and staff. Good massage but I think I would prefer to not be locked into having to schedule a treatment every month. I thought a membership would afford me some extra benefits like not paying extra for a different massage (ie regular vs deep tissue).

Two girls at the front desk, while I was waiting, where whispering and laughing I just did not feel it was professional.

This was my second visit to this therapist. The first time, she was very good and listened to my inputs. However, at the second session, I felt like she assumed that I was now her customer. She did not listen as well as the first time, and she seemed less interested in me as a client. She was not rude in any way, but she seemed indifferent.

THerapist knew what shw was doing did an amazing job. She recommended I return...knots will need more than 1 visit for them to diminish.

Music was SO annoying!!! Had an "alarm" or telephone ring type of sound. Both my boyfriend and I we're in separate rooms and discussed how annoying!! My massage therapist was loud with her moves and lost contact when she transistioned so I jumped each time she touched me

I was very satisfied with my service from my esthetician - she did a great job; however, the receptionist staff wasn’t very friendly when I first arrived and a couple of the staff were holding a private conversation behind the desk. I also had to wait 15-20 minutes longer for my appointment - I assume because my esthetician’s prior appt ran over.
