I have had a lot of massages over my lifetime . . . all over the world in five star hotels. To each their own, but for me, she is top 1%.

I can never seem to get a hold of this location via phone on the first try. I usually leave one voicemail and make a total of 3 calls, on average, to get someone on the phone (span of a day and a half). The other reason is that I haven't seen any improvement via the facial services.

I was not informed of the additional costs of the mask during the facial. I may not have selected that service if I had been aware of the added cost.

I was told I had 3 packages to use. I was told I could do a 2 hour massage which was great! The only problem was when I was asked if I wanted to add Himalayan stones and a foot scrub, I was told it would be covered under that 3rd pacakage, so when I went to check out, I had to pay for the stones and foot scrub. This is not the first time I have been given the wrong information about what I would pay/owe. Because I have now had 2 experiences with package issues, I was ready to discontinue my membership, but I really enjoyed my massage therapist and would like to see her again.

I think the lobby area could be a little more welcoming. It's rather bright and sterile, but it's not offensive. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.

The estethician who did my facial wasn’t the best. He wasn’t informative. The facial lasted way less than the hour. He seemed to be in a rush to leave. I would go back but will not book an appointment with him.

I felt that too much time was spent on my neck. I also did not care for body parts being yanked from side to side.

It was my first time and I did not know what to expect. I was satisfied with my visit, and now that I know what to expect will be more comfortable next time. This is no reflection on the massage itself, it was great, my therapist did a great job.

I have not done professional massages very often, therefore, I don’t have an accurate view of what’s a good massage and what’s extraordinary. All of my massages have been great. This past one could have had more pressure, but I’m not a professional and she has years of medical and massage experience.
