The prices are too high for a return visit. The appointment started late. And I asked for a lady but was paired with Jerry.

Not enough pressure applied when asked for harder pressure. Not told to arrive early to complete intake paperwork and ran behind because of this. Left to wait for one staff member during check in when multiple staff members stood behind front desk not busy.

Overall I had a great experience at hand and stone. After having been a member at massage envy in the past, I am much more satisfied with hand and stone in comparison.

The massage therapist was extremely friendly and professional. However, she did not apply enough pressure to really relieve the knots/stress in my shoulders. I ask her once to increase pressure and she slightly did. She was using the stones, so I'm not sure if she wasn't use to it, she didn't have the strength, or she just forgot to check back in. I felt uncomfortable requesting an increase in pressure again in case she didn't have the strength. I will be requesting a different therapist next time.

Felt staff was very pushy with the membership plan. Facial was okay. Good value for $49, not sure about at $59, definitely not a $99 facial.

I feel as if I pay for a membership I should receive what I am paying for, my masseuse would randomly just stop while massaging. Literally only got my shoulder blades rubbed. No where else on my back. I didn’t discuss any problems area just wanted a full body and I did not get that. I paid extra for the peppermint scalp rub which every other time was amazing. I felt as if my masseuse was plain lazy and scared the scratch, rub my head. My boufriend and I will continue to keeo our memberships. But he had the same person before and complained of the same things.

I was told there would be a $10 upcharge to receive a deep tissue massage. As a member I have not received any benefit that a non-member would receive from coupons. I think there should be something at least for being a member.

I joined the membership program when they first opened at Overton Park. The point system was explained to me last month and was even told that I was really close to a free massage. I was planning to redeem my free massage this month, so I got on the app to find out more. When I asked receptionist about setting appointments on app, she said she didn't even know they had an app. So I then asked about redeeming my points for my massage, and was told it changed... not even a month later. She was very sweet and professional, so I'm more upset at the company much rather than her since she was doing her job. I tried searching information online and didn't say point system changed. Just dissapointed and truly don't know if it's worth keeping my membership.

Prior to my facial I was told that my membership fee covered the cost of the services. I had purchased a facial with an upgrade. I was told that the cost was covered. After my facial, I was told that I owed another $20 to cover a facial? I paid the $20 but will not go back as a result of the additional charge.
