Still skeptical and massage therapist was not the best for my preference.

I guess I wasn't highly satisfied because my skin didn't glow when I left as it had with my previous facials. There was nothing at all wrong, but it just wasn't terrrrrific!

It was very nice overall; I was annoyed about the waxing misunderstanding and felt that the girl at reception pushed the membership too aggressively.

The lobby/reception area is too bright; doesn't promote relaxation while waiting with all the windows and outside traffic.

I would like to listen to my own music, that is very important to me when I am relaxinf/meditating/unwinding. Other than that I was highly satisfied

I asked for a brow wax but was told not to do it on the day I got a facial. I was charged fir the service anyway. I had a gift card but wound up having to pay an extra $20 at the end. Not a good surprise. No receipt was given but I wanted to get away from the hard sell.

I was a little disappointed in the fact that the therapist didn't massage thigh and hamstring area, in the past my massages at other places included those area which I appreciated as those areas of your legs get sore and stressed as well.

My second visit and I am still trying to figure out the type of pressure I am looking for. The technician was pleasant.

I feel your gift card and membership program is structured in a way that makes it very difficult for receptionist to explain and clients to understand. Others at front desk were also getting very confused with pricing.
