I filled out the request appointment form twice over three days on the website and received no response. Finally had to call. The massage itself barely lasted 45 min. We were there early but didn't get taken into the room early enough to get a full 50 min.

Everything was great

Even though it felt a tad mechanical, I received a satisfying and relaxing massage. I think it takes time & experience to become a massage therapist who can be thorough and effective yet doesn't feel perfunctory, maybe sometimes a little rushed. For the money I still feel like the massage was fine. I'm not an unhappy customer! I'll be back for more!

Said that since I had used retinal she could not do microdermabrasion but don't know what she did. No comments or suggestions. Did not tell me what steps she was doing. Did not do any extractions. Checked for detox etc. on initial sheet when signed in

The first esthetician left white stuff on my face got soap in my eyes and left my skin dry

Great experience. My only complaint was wait time for services. I arrived at 2:55pm for 3:15pm appointment as instructed to give 15 min for paperwork. I was not taken back for appointment until almost 3:40pm. It would have been nice if someone checked in to say the service would be starting in "x" amount of time, if it was known they were running behind. I understanding this is a new location. Everything else was exceptional.

I had a facial that was satisfactory, but not outstanding. I wasn't told what products were being used on my face as I was getting the facial.
