The ONLY reason(s) I am keeping my membership was first because of Crystal, a former therapist, and now because of Frandore who was recommended to me by Crystal. I’ve been to several locations and it wasn’t until this location that I decided to keep my membership.

Very satisfied with all Hand and Stone branches in the Fort Worth area. I circulate between about three of them. And I do refer Zabar out to everyone I know. He is excellent!

Love everything but the silly membership deal. Just stop with the auto charging me for something I have not received!!! Hate hate hate this.

Receptionists are always good, make checking in and out easy. Ambience is very nice. I tried a new therapist based on recommendation from person I spoke with when I booked appt. She was awesome. I have several "favorite" therapists and Frandore moved to the top of the list. All therapists I have used are friendly and professional and provide good massage, listen to what I request
