Despite the increase in price for my membership, I have and always am happy with the services that I receive at Hand and Stone. Krystal is my favorite masseuse and does a great job !! I decided to try a facial this time because of recent facial breakouts from wearing facial masks for 12 hr shifts at work, and I was very pleased with Brittany. She was very educational and professional and my face felt great afterward.

It was easy to book, it smelled really nice, didn’t have to wait long at all, Jamal was sooooooo nice and we had a good conversation the whole time. Will definitely be back

Staff is very nice from the moment I walk in to when I leave. The therapists are knowledgeable and make my experience great. I do wish these were 60 min massages. Sometimes I feel the therapist feels rushed.

Hiedi is exceptional. I went to the location for the first time two weeks prior to this last appointment and I was booked with Hiedi. I was pleased with her service, the knowledge she had about skin in general and the ambience of her room. The overall experience convinced me to book her again. This second time was exceptional as well. I am loving my skin! She recommended a product that I’ve been using now for three or four weeks and I can see a huge difference in my skin. Hiedi is great at her skill. Will definitely be going back!!!! By the way I also joined the membership with Hand and Spa- wholly- due to the experience and results of the two facials I’ve gotten thus far!
