Hand and Stone

Not all, but a few therapists are very good at my views on a great massage - the therapist I had, Chris, was amazing! And this review’s dissatisfaction points do not reflect her skills, it reflects my overall experience with hand and stone. I went in likely to cancel my membership, but she is making me second guess if I should... I am still debating.

Krys always does a great job releasing the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. Location is always clean. My appointment is always on time. When booking my appointment on the phone I waited over 8 minutes on hold.

Brittany was great. So friendly, helpful & explained everything along the way. My first facial & it was so relaxing. It was so much better than the person who did my massage following the facial. If everyone did as well as Brittany with the facial, it would be amazing all around.

Dj was very friendly ,professionally and an excellent therapist and as a results I joined.

Front desk associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Massage therapist was welcoming, friendly and professional. Will definitely return for another service.

DJ is great and knows me well so he can focus on areas that need attention!

All employees were super nice. Massage therapist was great about communication and focusing on my problem areas. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. So glad my husband got me 3 services and a monthly subscription for Christmas

The staff was really great. The atmosphere was really relaxing. I was very pleased.

Cynthia is my esthetician and she is wonderful. Knows a lot about skin care and is very gentle and caring in giving me my facial. I recommend her highly!
