Zamar was very nice and accommodating. I almost cancelled my appointment because I was unsure if the weather would permit me to attend, but glad I I didn't. The therapist that I booked with was not there, but Zamar was excellent he made my back feel great and I will going forward request him.

Krystal is very professional and awesome at her job. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the get go. The receptionist is always very polite and welcoming.

Staff were attentive when I arrived. They were professional and pleasant. Lastly, my therapist (Kelsey @ Hulen location) was awesome! She was experienced and focused on the areas mentioned. I have already recommended several family members and friends to pursue services.

Every time I walk into Hand and Stone the staff make we feel like I am wanted there, rather than a customer that they just have to "deal with".

Receptionist informed we my clinician would be with me in few moments. the clinician explained procedure ,very professional from beginning to end of my facial treatment.

Front desk personnel was very friendly. I can’t say enough about my massage and how great D J is. He always keys in on my pain areas and does just the right pressure and relaxing methods. His knowledge is very appreciated. He is great!!!

I have a bad neck and the massage relaxed my neck from the spasms I get from it When I get over worked this I find the best way to get relaxed

My experience was very relaxing. The therapist was very thorough in the application. My lower back pain was completely gone by the time my appt. was over.
