the online booking is not working properly making me have to call to make the appointment which wastes my time. The problem is resent as I used to book online all the time. Fixing that would be great.

This was not what I expected. I was hoping that the esthetician would do like a deep cleaning as in extracting some pores, oils, and dirt from my face. I felt so uncomfortable because my esthetician had allergies and kept sneezing, having to use a tissue each time to clean out her nose. She used hand sanitizer and washed her hands, but I did not feel relaxed because I kept thinking about all the microbes that she sneezed out mixing in with the steam air that was used on my face. Overall, I was uncomfortable, felt like it was a waste of money, and overly priced. I could have easily done this facial at home. All she did was exfoliate my face, messages my face with her fingers, and put moisturizer on while utilizing warm clothes and a steam enhancer.

The massage therapist listened to my needs at the beginning and tried to accommodate me. My appointment was on time. I was able to rebook.

Truthfully, I was ready to cancel my membership. However, Heather gave me such good service that I have decided to stay. Yay
