Cheyenne is an excellent therapist. She is aware of my specific needs following my shoulder surgery & always checks on my comfort level.

Krystal is an exceptional therapist. Not sure what would happen if she was not available.

Overall the appointment went well and I was very happy with how relaxing and enjoyable the facial was. My esthetician was very helpful in explaining why my face was over-producing oils and recommended new face washes. The only disappointing factor was that she recommended the rejuvenation facial without explaining that it was a $20 upgrade. Since I have never received a facial, I assumed that she was simply suggesting what type of facial to get for my skin-type- not that she was recommending upgrading. So I was surprised when I checked out that my costs had gone up.

The massage lady did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and performed it amazingly. I was thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed it greatly.

The employees I encountered at Hand and Stone were very knowledgeable. They were detailed and personable. I loved my experience and I hope to return soon! Thank you.

I wish the receptionists (my appointment was during shift change) were more knowledgeable about how to book an appointment online or over the phone application. They seemed like they might be having a rough day, so hopefully it was that.

My masseuse retired several years ago and I have been unable to find not only a facility that was desirable, but a masseuse who met my expectations. Hand and Stone and Janice did just that.

This was my first massage and facial ever! My husband got it for me for mother’s day and it was amazing!! From the minute I walked in the door the front staff was over the top amazing with help in explaining everything and she had a great smile that made her very welcoming and easy to talk to! Then the massage and facial were mind blowingly amazing as well! I left super relaxed and with a membership and no complaints!!

I felt very welcome plus I really like the highly service . I left feeling so much relaxed and less in pain thanks Leam God bless your hands!!!

I liked the technique the massage therapists used during my treatment. He listened to my concerns and treated the area I was concerned with. I was very satisfied with my treatment that day.
