I have been to several locations and never had to schedule a appointment. I have always called and got right in and that is my favorite about H&S.

I love Hand and Stone’s products and people. My only complaint is the cost, specifically the cost of the administration fee in automatic payments. I signed up for membership at a cost of $49.99/month. After being charged $59.99 the first month, I asked the receptionist and she told me the extra $10 was admin fees. EACH MONTH!? I do not like this fee and will likely drop my membership as soon as I research another massage place.

Whitney was very friendly, professional and attentive. The session was relaxing and I felt great afterward. Bed is comfortable, receptionist cheery and smart.

The place was very clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The products used were smooth and gentle, not rough. I would recommend this facility. Cynthia did my facial and was excellent.

Cheyenne is very attentive to my body. She does an amazing job! The reception staff is always super welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend the Overton Park location!!!

The atmosphere was nice and it was clean. The staff was friendly.
