My therapist asked questions before we started, did what we discussed and never spoke after and just let me rekax

Very professional, efficient, polite. Overall very satisfied, Kelsey was terrific, she has a bright future as a therapist. Clean, brand new facilities, quiet rooms.

There only 2 massage therapists that meet my expectations for pressure and quality of massage. One is the lead and does not have a lot of time options that work for my schedule. The other therapist was the one who served me during this appointment. I tried other therapists but I do not like the quality of massage. I wish you have more therapists like these 2.

I’m a 71 year old female and it’s frustrating to have to answer pregnancy questions at every visit. Your app is rather hit or miss at times. The reception area is too bright. You come out from a quiet, dark room and step into a blinding room. For me, it rather negates my relaxing hour.

Just would like more options for making appointments

I have been to spas that are nicer but are also pricier. I think this is a good value for the price.

I think I marked highly satisfied. There is no back button for me to check. Everything went great. Wish there was a 1.5 hour option.

Just becoming too costly for a 1 hour massage

Waited over 10min for my massage and therapist came out right at start time so by the time we started the massage was running kind of late. Also, therapist was coughing quite a bit and was not wearing a mask or mentioned she could be sick. I told her I had a newborn at home, so hoping I don’t get sick. Otherwise, my massage was great and no other issues.

I wasn't wowed but I wasn't dissatisfied either. Get better furniture in the waiting room lobby. I'm not used to talking during the entire massage
